1. Shipping Destinations

We process and ship customer orders across authorized destination countries, specifically including Austria and other regional territories.

2. Shipping Methods & Payment

  • Payment: Exclusive Cash on Delivery (COD). We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery basis with no advance online payments supported. No online payment is required; after inspecting the merchandise upon delivery, payment is made directly in physical cash to the delivery courier. Rejections or returns incur no additional hidden fees or transaction surcharges.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (Free).

  • Courier Partners: Österreichische Post, DPD Austria, DHL, UPS, GLS, and local networks.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of order details and contact telephone numbers. Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping & Transit: 7–15 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or courier availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking data to update.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, customs inspections, public holidays, high parcel volumes, or force majeure events.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • Before Shipment: You may request changes or cancellations before the order enters dispatch.

  • After Shipment: Dispatched orders cannot be modified or canceled in transit.

  • Returns: Under our Returns Policy, you may request an authorized return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

8. Shipping Fees & Taxes

We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders. All taxes are included in the listed product price without unexpected import duties for deliveries within supported European Union destinations.

9. Recipient Responsibility

Customers must provide a valid address and phone number, and ensure an authorized recipient is available with exact cash payment upon courier arrival. Refusal of delivery may result in future ordering restrictions.
