1. User Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, or cancel orders if necessary. All photos are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Territorial Scope

We fulfill orders across supported destination countries (including Austria). We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unverified Cash on Delivery information.

4. Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) Exclusively

We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No advance online payments are accepted at checkout. No online payment is required; after inspecting the merchandise upon delivery, the total amount must be paid in physical cash directly to the delivery courier. Rejections or returns incur no additional hidden fees or transaction surcharges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit: Approximately 7 to 15 business days across supported destinations like Austria. Estimated delivery times are for reference only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which permits eligible return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Approved refunds for COD orders will be executed via bank transfer to a customer-provided account after the returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, submit false information, place malicious COD orders, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
